Solar Master Flash®

SOLAR MASTER FLASH®

WEATHER PROTECTION
Made of EPDM or Silicone, these flashings are compounded specifically for maximum resistance to weathering due to ozone and ultraviolet light.

EASY ON-SITE CUSTOMIZING
With a pre-cut hole for pipe sizes 3/4" to 1" inch allowing minimal on-site preperation and assembly

A "C-12 ASTM additional requirement was added to assure conformance to the most stringent ozone/weathering
specifications available.

BASE FLEXIBILITY
The base is designed to form a seal on most panel configurations and roof pitch regardless of pipe location.

The pitch canal allows for maximum flexibility, easily accommodating up to a 60 degree pitch without affecting the performance.
TWO COMPOUNDS
Availiable in two compounds to handle virtually all job applications
EPDM 500 SILICONE
ADVANCED OZONE RESISTANCE tested to... 70 hour @ 500 pphm 70 hour @ 500 pphm
HIGH TEMPERATURE RESISTANCE
tested to intermittent • +135ºC (+275ºF) • +260ºC (+55ºF)
continuous • +100ºC (+212ºF) • +225ºC (+437ºF)
LOW TEMPERATURE RESISTANCE tested to… • +50ºC (-65ºF) • -74ºC (-100ºF)
TENSILE SET maximum… 10MPa  (1450psi) 5 Mpa (700 psi)
COMPRESSION SET maximum… 25% 50%

SIZING CHART
Check diameter of pipe. Select the appropiate Master Flash® for pipe or duct diameter. For extreme pitch or surface irregularity select next larger size. Choose the compound required, then refer to the part number for the Master Flash® desired.
